Savitsky Farm-Colchester, CT--Seasonal fruits and vegetables, jellies and jams.

Cato Corner CheeseCato Corner Farm Colchester, CT--Award-winning artisan cheeses. Cato Corner Farm is a small family farm where the mother-son team of Elizabeth and Mark raise 40 free-range Jersey cows without the use of hormones or subtherapeutic antibiotics. They hand make a dozen styles of aged farmhouse cheese ranging from mild and milky to runny and pungent to sharp and firm. If you miss them at the market stop by the farm and visit The Cheese Room Store. The store is open year round. The hours are Fridays and Saturdays 10 to 4. Sundays 11 to 4.

BBeltane Cheeseeltane Farm -Lebanon, CT-artisanal, farmstead goat milk cheese. You can visit Beltane Farm to meet the goats during one of their cheese tastings. The cheese tastings are held every Sunday in April and May and then every Sunday October through Christmas from 11 to 3. While there make sure to visit the goats, sample their cheeses in the tasting house, and tour the farm. A nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Cold Spring Farm- Colchester, CT--Established in 2011, Cold Spring Farm is a small-scale organic farm offering a wide variety of organic vegetables, herbs, flowers, and fruits.

Scarpa Ledge Farm--is located on Old Hartford Road on the Colchester/Marlborough line. Breeders of Murray Grey Beef Cattle and AOB Show Stock. Their beef is grass fed, hormone and antibiotic free. They also have pork, lamb, veal and goat.

CT Gourmet BreadConnecticut Gourmet Artisinal Bread- Windham Center, CT--Bakers of Artisinal Specialty Breads--Connecticut Gourmet Artisinal Bread bakes locally sourced artisanal bread. You will find their bread at Connecticut Farmers' Markets and restaurants throughout Connecticut. They make 10 different varieties, baking 5 to 7 types each week. If you are in Willimantic you can shop at their bakery at 1569 Main Street. Check their website for store hours. Closed Mondays.

Littel Acres Farm--Glastonbury, CT--They provide many seasonal favorites such as peaches, plums, nectarines, apricots, strawberries and apples. Look for fresh in season vegetables including heirloom tomatoes, winter and summer squash, corn, cucumbers, pickles, broccoli, pumpkins and gourds from their fields to your table! Granny's PieGranny's Pie Factory-East Hartford, CT--offer over fifty varieties of pies. They have a wide selection of fruit pies and cream pies in a variety of sizes. They also offer pie by the slice.


Millington Beefalo Farm-located in East Haddam, CT provides all natural, farm raised, grass-fed Beefalo. Beefalo is a cross between domestic cows and the North American bison. Visit their site for additional information.

Jon's Fish--Jon will be providing us with oysters, smoked fish and many of his own creations. Look for the boat on the green.

Super Soups--prepared by Barb are delicious. She uses top quality dehydrated food to prepare her soups. These soups will be ready in 20 minutes for your enjoyment. Feel free to add to any of these soups by adding meat, chicken, more vegetables, rice or pasta. The possibilities are endless. Cozy on up to a cup of Super Soups! Shannon's Jammin'- Old Lyme, CT--Offers unique gourmet jams that have hundreds of uses. All jams are handmade with only the freshest ingredients and come decorated with fabric toppers. There are removable tags with several serving suggestions, recipes and a list of ingredients. Shannon's jams are gluten-free, have no artificial sweeteners or high fructose corn syrup, and with the exception of the bacon varieties are vegan. These jams make wonderful gifts for any occasion.

Touchstone Pantry--Lebanon, CT-- Pickles and Jams. Touchstone Pantry will display at some of the markets this year.

The Burnt Shop--Beautifully hand designed kitchen ware and home decor items. Every design is done freehand. All pieces are durable and are meant to be used daily. The images are burned into the wood and will not fade.

Wholly Goat Farm--Hebron, CT--provides the market with soaps and lotions made with goat milk.

Woodward Homestead & Orchards--located in Lebanon, CT serving fresh, sensibly grown produce from their homestead to yours. They will be providing us with apples, blackberries, raspberries and a variety of vegetables.

Biossential Greens--located in Hartford, CT growers of microgreens. All seeds are non-GMO, no synthetic chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides are used on their greens.

Grainne Baking Co--located in Deep River, CT baker of decadent treats made with local ingredients.
